Let's begin the 1st round
The previous name of FRSX holding LTD (FRSX that we know is a subsidiary) was formerly Golan Melechet Machshevet (created in 1977), the company was incorporated in Israel

Investors in its 1st financing round included Lubinski group, the importer of Peugeot and Citroen, chairman of Allied, which own Champion Motors, importers of Audi, Seat, Volkswagen, and Skoda; and holder of the Porsche franchise for Israel; A UK investment fund also invested.

In 2010 they changed their name to Asia Development (A.D.B.M.) Ltd (or Asia Pituach (A.D.B.M.) Ltd)
There were focus on Residential Real Estate Brokerage & Management Industry at this time.
