A heads up that some testing sites were closed yesterday. Numbers could be wonky.
27,235 tests performed in the past 24 hours, 639 new cases.
Positive rate: 2.34% (was 2.54 yesterday)
7-day average remains: 2.6%
That is the fewest since March 25 (3 deaths that day)

304 COVID-19 patients in the ICU (-32 from 24 hours ago)
165 COVID-19 patients on ventilators (-17 from 24 hours ago)
Two months ago, Illinois had almost 4,900 COVID-19 patients in the hospital and 1,250 in the ICU.
Sunday numbers are generally good.
Some testing sites were closed, and I imagine because of the holiday we did not get the full data picture today.
Don't be completely shocked to see a sudden rise on Monday/Tuesday. It might not mean anything but data catching up.
Illinois moved to Phase 4 a little more than a week ago. Report card time for that first weekend is soon for cases, positivity rate and hospitalizations.
