Everybody worried that Washington insiders and others connected to Trump might get taxpayer-funded PPP money before anybody else. And that's exactly what happened. A column: bloomberg.com/opinion/articl…

Here are some of the billionaires who got PPP loans while small businesses went bankrupt:

Americans for Tax Reform Foundation, Grover Norquist's org which advocates restraint in government spending, received a PPP loan between $150,000 and $350,000. The Ayn Rand Institute, a backer of laissez-faire capitalism, got $350,000 to $1 million. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

2/x: Berman’s team took down Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen for tax evasion, bank fraud and campaign finance violations involving hush money payments to two women who said they had sexual encounters with Trump.
3/x: More recently, Berman has been investigating Rudolph Giuliani for possibly violating lobbying laws related to work he’s done in Ukraine. (The same Ukraine that Trump tried to strong-arm into smearing Joe Biden, leading to Trump’s impeachment)
