Tenants in Crown Heights say their landlord just attempted an illegal eviction. A group led by @EqualFlatbush is now occupying the steps, with landlord inside 
Two cops just showed up, apprently called by landlord. Crowd chews them out for not wearing masks. They’re now inside with landlord
“No landlords, no cops, all evictions have to stop”
The landlord — who tenants say evicted them and moved his own stuff in last night — is standing in the doorway, as tenants and protesters curse him.

So the landlord left about an hour ago, but he sent two locksmiths to change the locks. They just assaulted a group who was blocking the door, according to Imani Henry of @EqualFlatbush
