FWIW, most of the #Libreoffice I use has been compiled and tested on my own machine. Thus they have been very much "Personal Edition"s.
As a contributor to @libreoffice, I always hoped my volunteer work would benefit other individuals in the community. But I never considered institutional entities having any moral right or expectations of this work. If they have, I would like to know on what base?
IMHO, the same applies even stronger to @tdforg as an NGO: I dont think other institutions -- especially commercial ones that are not contributing to its projects -- have any moral rights to its output.
Those non contributing commercial institutions benefitting from the output of the non commercial @tdforg, namely using @libreoffice as if it were a product, not a project, is a completely unintended side effect.
