A thread about the mistakes made in Sushant's case based on a published article on suicide investigation(To check for homicidal hanging)...

[Please read all the points to understand the scenario]
As soon as the news broke out that Sushant was no more, every single media house put out headlines saying it was a suicide without any evidences.

The Mumbai police assumed the case was of a suicide based on the information received and did not wait for any report to say so.
The police did not try to question the suicide position. How can a person 6ft hang himself in a length lesser than 5 ft 11 inches? What tool was used to reach that height? Were sufficient photos taken?
Forensics came in on 15th, why the delay? Why did 20+ people barge in?
Based on the images of the victim we could see multiple brusises on his neck, face and force applied on his arms. The wounds were not diagnosed thoroughly. The report stated no struggle marks and has no mentions about the external wounds.
In this case, from the first minute it was declared as suicide.
There was no substantial evidence that proved it was a suicide solely done by himself.

The crime scene was contaminated as many officers in the room did not take precautions to prevent tampering of evidences.
As people who have known him through his interviews or interactions can be sure of how positive he was about living life.
He always lived in the moment and never considered failure as a drawback.
He was ambitious and had visions to create a better world for people.
1.The fabric used for hanging has been changed in each statement given by the police and media houses. There is no clarity.
If they saw him hanging then they should've known what was used to do so?
2.Injuries have gone unnoticed.
3.The intent is unknown but yet declared a suicide.
There is no suicide note found.
There is no legitimate evidence of what was his mindset before his death.
He documented his life in 6 different journals but did not think of writing a note before taking his life? Really?
He had possessions in his name. Wouldn't he write a will?
For psychological autosy social media accounts play an important role. His accounts and interactions must be protected to prevent tampering. There is enough evidence on how the police has failed to do so.
Most of the analysis done so far is unsatisfactory with evident mistakes.
Since this is a high profile case and the authorities assigned to it don't seem to be qualified enough for the task we request this case to be handed over to the CBI.

Please read the entire thread to understand the mistakes made in this case.
