Of a prince,
Today I tell a story!
Most in realm of mystery,
And some in foretold history!
Was he one born into royalty,
Al land with a king queen and their polity!
Growing in the lap of luxury
Not a sorrow did he know!
Getting more than what be wished for,
No wish ever came slow
Spend he would all his time,
In silly games and pleasure!
For there were no limits,
There was no one to ever measure!
Little did he know of his reverence,
Thought all good things were a measure of his innocence!
Wouldn't he ever seen,
when he had gone too far!
No one to stop him
No one to set the bar!
He was after all the chosen one,
Doing as he wished just for fun!
Times they passed,
Time watched quietly!
Good things don't last for ever,
It quipped spritly!
Still the prince took all things lightly!
Little he knew,
At the gates was a foe,
All too mighty!
No it wasn't a evil king,
Who wished to capture and add to his bling!
Heard he had of this kingdom,
Ruined by a prince,
Like his own fiefdom!
The prayers of those who suffered,
Had reached his court!
Could he do any good,
He sat thinking in his fort!
With a signal,
Ever so light
He now was ready for a fight!
Daggers drawn,
They walked past the borders,
Standing in line,
Waiting for his orders!
With a deep sigh,
He now would calibrate!
An attack on a friend,
He otherwise would celebrate!
From the courtiers,
The news came to the prince,
Royalty he was
Also a son of a king!
Time it was for him,
To stand up tall!
For his nations needs,
To answer the call!
All that it was not to be,
He was a prince, but all at sea!
Wondering how this could be,
His brutality hid under the innocence,
He still didn't see!
Took a horse to ride away,
Where he would go,
He couldn't say!
He had a foe,
At the gates!
Torn up his kingdom,
Washed away in a spate!
There at that moment,
He realized!
All his folly and silly pride,
Now no more could he hide!
No more his mistakes,
His deep inside!
As he rode,
He met his enemy!
Suited up in armor,
Vast armies like the seas!
His own now seemed,
Like humble peas!
To be washed away by a hot iron,
Leaving no crease!
In that one singular moment,
He had a epiphany,
Like never before,
Thoughts came so many!
He walked to the king
And kneeled down!
Begging for mercy,
And forgiveness from those he had let down!
Swords for him were too heavy,
He wouldn't do battle,
His demons killed already!
Now looked at his enemy,
With a sight so heavy,
Having no answers,
To questions so many!
He now knew it was time to give up,
All the luxury and the pleasure so pent up!
Now understood what he missed,
Blessing of the land, is all he wished!
Stood up again now this prince,
Face now glowing and brightened,
Like the one enlightened!
Finally now he addressed the king
His words for ever to leave a ring!
Oh mighty king thee now are here,
Say my subjects, they have no more fear!
Seems to me, my end is near!
But I am already dead,
No matter how i appear!
Take my kingdom, rule it for me!
I am liberated, now truly free!
For this now I thank you
With all joy and glee!
I wish to go and meditate,
Be as far as I can be!

My wish was not to liberate,
Thundered the king!
May your kingdom,
Your praise it sing!
For all your folly,
I had to appear!
Now my jobs done,
Me and my armies shall disappear!
With this words he bid adeau!
Wonder you may why this long narration,
We all are prince's in our mind,
In our own castles of isolation!
If a challenge comes to face with force and determination!
Just don't be the prince,
Lost in own hallucinations!
