My impressions. It’s strong on family and humanitarian immigration issues. Less so on employment-based immigration. That may reflect the fact that the authors have not been advocates from the employment immigration world. 20/x
Joe Biden’s web site actually has a more detailed immigration plan (joebiden.com/immigration) with a lot more detail on employment-immigration including a promise to substantially increase employment-based green card quotas & eliminate quotas for Ph.D. graduates of US schools.21/x
