I'd like to circulate a letter among members of the Twitterati. (Harper's ignores us, but fuck them.) It'd say:

...and people who irritate us to take it someplace else. It also includes the right to try to persuade the rest of the world that people who are dangerous or evil or hurting others should be stopped, shutdown, and rejected by society. Also: We can tell them to shut the fuck up.
They don't have to listen. They can make their case as best they can. And, we can listen or not. As for having to give crackpots the legitimacy of an academic platform or building statues to racist traitors, fuck that shit.
