It was noticed that one of the two guys who arrived in the first ambulance (Rameshwar, white) ended up leaving in the second ambulance..

This was the first ambulance that arrived to Sushant's residence.
These two guys in the front seat are seen to be arriving in the first ambulance..

Here's a face reveal of those two guys..

There was a second ambulance that arrived..

Here we see the guy with a similar colored cap leaving in the second ambulance..
His face is covered with the mask though.

Here at Cooper hospital you can see the white cap guy helping out.

Notice his pants, they're full length..

If you look closely at the length of the pants of the guy with the white cap here, it seems to not be full in length.

Not completely sure if the guy in both the ambulances are the same.

Could it be a coincidence that two different guys wore the same colored caps and clothes?

Are they both the same person or not?

Is it just a matter of pulling down the pant?

What do you think?

Both the guys(red and white cap) were present while they got Sushant down and took him to the hospital.

Why did they come in the first ambulance and then leave in the second one?Same ambulance company?

P.S. Notice Sandip looking at the white cap guy who runs with the bag.
