Temporary fencing at the Alfred Street tower was set up last night as a trial to allow residents to get exercise, and was removed last night.
"The department continues to work with the residents of 33 Alfred Street to make sure they can get fresh air and exercise.
"On medication

We’re providing food, essential supplies, health care and mental health services to support residents at the public housing towers at 33 Alfred St, North Melbourne.
"We are working closely with CoHealth to ensure tower residents have access to the medications they need, including painkillers which is available on-site. Medications are being collected from pharmacies and taken directly residents.
"Residents can call our dedicated information line if there are concerns about their medication. We are also working closely with local community leaders to engage and support residents.
"Co Health have established a direct number and email address to facilitate more efficient delivery of pharmaceuticals. The Inner North coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Line will provide information and support to the residents in the restricted postcodes and public housing estate
Further information is available on 1800 961 054 with an interpreter service available on 131 450."
