A single, expatriate friend was explaining to us that his saving grace during the lockdown had been the combination of Jumia Food, Uber and Ntinda.

Jumia was obvious because I had no visibility of his cooking skills; Uber, he explained, delivered "romantic company" to his home under arrangement; but #SexyNtinda? I didn't get it.
Now, at this point I must clarify that this friend is European and has never lost his indigenous accent. #SexyNtinda
He said it like I should have understood him the first time round: Ntinda. That's how I find my dates! #SexyNtinda
I didn't get it. SO many questions. Had I been paying so little attention? I've been to Ntinda of recent. When did it become this way? And how was he getting there during the lockdown? #SexyNtinda
A couple of the other guys in the kaboozi didn't get what I wasn't getting. They actually asked me what my problem was. Ntinda. What's not to get? #SexyNtinda

That's when he started claiming that it's an App. An App? An App that shows you where in Ntinda to find mates...? WTH? But... #SexyNtinda
I insisted on a full explanation but they had had it. That's when they ALL shouted it out for me: "TINDER! He uses the App TINDER!" #SexyNtinda
