After Trump's tweet, @BrianKolfage of We Build the Wall, which has worked with Fisher on private wall projects, emphasized another wall they funded west of El Paso is endorsed by DHS and CBP, drawing a distinction between his project and Fisher’s. 7/8
.@USAttyPatrick continued to tweet about the Fisher lawsuit and concerns of flooding/erosion. In court, his lawyers had told the judge it was likely they would reach an agreement and a trial wouldn't be necessary. Next hearing is scheduled for August. 8/8
