There has been a lot of focus on the Rights of Shri Padmanabha Dasas (Shebaits) in the discussions around SC Judgement but very little focus on the Rights of Shri Padmanabha Himself as a result of the historic SC judgement. This thread is an attempt to rectify this lacunae.
The findings of facts recorded by SC in its historic judgement which includes the legal "Thrippati Danam" dedication deed establishes beyond any reasonable doubt that after 1750 Shebait(Dasa) of Lord Shri Padmanabha Deity exercised Ruler Ship on His behalf
The further findings of fact which includes reproduction amended Sec 6 (4) establishes beyond any reasonable doubt that the covenant was signed by Maharaja as Shebait of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity exercising Rulership of Deity by reason of minority
The above reproduction of Sec 6(4) is based on the below written submission of @jsaideepak which establishes that Ruler of Travancore is Lord Shri Padmanabha Deity and the covenant was signed by His Dasa (Shebait) representative due to minorship of Deity

SC judgement reproduction of facts based on @jsaideepak written submissions clearly establishes that Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Deity is the Ruler of Travancore and His Rulership was exercised by His Dasa on His behalf a fact which was articulated by Late Dewan C.P Ramaswamy Iyer
SC judgement reproduction of facts based on @jsaideepak written submissions also validates the articulation of another late Dewan Shri V.P. Madhav Rao to Travancore Legislature in 1904 of supremacy of will of deity in Travancore interim Constitution reproduced in the judgement.
