My friend's father nearly died because his intestines came out of a hole in his abdomen, went down into his scrotum and could not go back.

They became strangulated and started dying inside him, releasing toxins into his blood that almost killed him

The problem was this, he was taking some teas that they told him was going to reduce the hernia. He took them for about 3 years and it got worse.

Previously, the hernia could go back on its own, but it stopped going back and became painful, he stopped going to the toilet.
In the simplest terms, a hernia is when "intestines" in this case, leave the containing area through a gap or weakness.

The problem with hernias is that sometimes the intestines cannot go back and food can't pass through.

I explained it here in detail:

Things like smoking cigarettes can predispose a person to having them.

Let me explain:

Smoking destroys the material that keeps your skin and connective tissue strong. We call it collagen.

Making them weak can lead to an already weak area becoming an opening
Other things that can lead to a hernia can also include:
•straining on the toilet due to long-term constipation
•persistent cough, I explained how in the video link above
•straining to urinate
•being overweight or obese
•lifting heavy items
•poor nutrition, your body needs the right mix of nutrients to form proper structures
•Undescended testicles, I explained how in the video

You can share this video with your friends, many people have swellings in their abdomen that need proper attention
