If falling back on religious liberty entails carving out a nice cave to keep ourselves unstained while Drag Queens catechize our children, religious liberty has lost. Religious liberty can never mean the surrender of substantive moral goods.
I understand the impulse of Fairness for All. But let's be very clear: FFA enshrines falsehood into law. It is built on lies about human nature. In other words, you can have FFA or the 9th Commandment. Choose one.
