🐍🐍 Thread:
There is so no secret formula. There are no shortcuts (if you think you've found one you'll waste hours and realise there was a simple answer all along). You just have to start from step one, like any language, you need the foundations before you can experiment.
Learn the absolute basics first. What are ints, floats, strings, lists, dicts, arrays. LEARN WHAT ERRORS MEAN and how to read where you are getting the error and why. learn how to for loop before you can list comprehension, learn how to while.
Then find a specific area you want to look at and look for tutorials in that area. This will bring you into using pandas, numpy, and packages specifically for the area you are interested in.
Use what you've learned so far on a small project. Set yourself a goal or try to answer a question. The key is repetition and that's what you build from. Knowing what the error you are getting and how to troubleshoot it is a massive part of learning and stackoverflow is great
because 99/100 someone has had a similar issue before. There's a million free tutorials out there. I can't recommend one because I mostly winged it much to my detriment at first and learned by trial and error. If you want guided instruction then find a trainer
but the best way to learn anything is by doing and making mistakes and figuring out why that was a mistake. I can help out if you have a specific issue or something you can't wrap your head around, but I can't answer "how do I learn python" because the question is so broad.
Ask yourself _why_ you want to learn python. Web dev is a whole different set of material to data science or task automation or db management. That'll get the ball rolling
