Let me be clear, I am not condoning Archer's behaviour, he made a mistake. @Gilo you said "The potential knock-on effect of this, I don't think he could have fully understood". Did you tell Archer about the potential 10s of millions of pounds impact? /2

Or have you hung the player out to dry as your comms are so poor? I hope @Gilo that your behaviour throughout lockdown has been impeccable, or are you a hypocrite who is just another administrator at the summit of a sport who now only sees money?! /3

@Gilo When two Eng players got caught on camera in a violent affray I didn't hear about potential financial loss. In fact I bet the ECB made sure the very best lawyers were available.

So @Gilo how about you show some proper management skills & take responsibility by owning Archer's mistake as an organisation. You know, as Team England not Team Cheque.
