What are your rights?
1. To remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you.
2. To have a lawyer present. The state has the obligation to provide you with one. Lawyer should be present during questioning.
4. If you're detained, you have the right to call next of kin. You are allowed visitors. You shouldn't be kept together with those already serving their sentence.
6. Must be informed about the identity of the arresting officer and the purpose of the arrest.
8. Arresting officer shoulf be in uniform and must be with name plate. Vehicle must be identifiable.
10. You can't be blindfolded.
11. Must take you to the nearest police station.
