I realistically believe that 4 teams can win the West in these weird times. If Bojan was playing, I maybe could have talked myself into 5 teams in this format having a shot at winning but still might not have. Looked at the offensive frequency and percentile numbers for DEN/HOU.. 
2 tms that I feel both have really good top to bottom rosters, but generate their off & def in nearly polar opposite ways. How far both of these teams will go will largely come down to their non-star good players. Specifically, 2 guys I'm psyched to watch, Jamal Murray & ROCO...
Looking at both guys DARKO shows Murray continuing to evolve as a player this year even as the flash & sizzle on his hype has somewhat downturned. I'd go longer on why I love Murray's evolution, but @jackfrank_jjf just wrote a really good article on this so ill link that instead.
As for Cov, his freakish ability to operate as a "stretch big" & do nearly anything asked of him on the defensive end is why he's been such a beloved role player by the analytics community for the better part of 3-4 years...
Roco spends a relatively large portion of his time guarding 1st & 2nd options. He ranks in the top 20 in versatility amongst core players on the defensive end. Even with that, DARKO likens his true 3 point shooting talent to that of Murrays.
Will be most excited to see how Malone and MDA put these weapons in positions to succeed and impact winning basketball in the bubble environment.
