So this appears to be real. Restricted airspace order over Portland for “national defense” reasons? I’m no expert on FAA regs but this seems quite odd. tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/det… 
2/ if I’m reading the notations right it says only up to 1000 feet which is obviously quite low. So I’m wondering if this is meant to keep news helicopters out of the area.
3/ very curious to hear from aviation types. But the tightness of the zone makes it sound like this is mainly aimed at news helicopters or perhaps news drones. After all flying under 1000 ft is quite low for fixed wing aircraft.
4/ nice note for effect that the order says that USG can use deadly force against an aircraft if they deem it a threat. (I assume that’s standard for these kinds of orders. But I mean, the graffiti cosplay is getting perhaps intense.)
