I'd estimate 200-300 people outside the Justice Center right now.
Some people have been speaking in front of the JC. Two mentioned that burning the building is a bad idea because there are innocent people inside. Then some chanting.
By innocent people, they mean the inmates held in the Justice Center.
Posters up around the JC referencing Sandy students fighting to ban the confederate flag.
Mom Bloc just arrived, wearing yellow shirts and holding flowers.
"Moms are here. Feds stay clear."
They have formed a human barricade at 3rd and Main.
I'd say there are easily 500 people here now.

Crowd was letting the frustration out in this clip.
Feds warning not to mess with fence.
Someone was trying to climb fence.
Some people were messing with the fence. Some of the moms formed a line, i think to try to stop them.
Then the feds came out of building. Warning the crowd. Crowd chanting in response.
Holding the line.

Hands up (including one holding a small crow bar).
The warnings coming from the federal protective service is barely audible over the sound of the crowd. Drums, chanting, etc.
A brief bit of banging on the fence. Crowd's energy not slowing down at all.
Chanting/stomping to the beat of "Black lives matter."
Moms to the rescue, forming a chain along this side of fence too.
Some sort of flashbang went off near the fence. Not sure who/where it came from, but my security guy says I can't stand there anymore :(
A guy right next to me just hurled a firework over the fence. Big boom. No response from feds yet.
Chanting names of people killed by police in Portland. Moms are still here, but there are some gaps along the fence.
This is the level of noise that happens every time the feds start to issue their warning.
At least two more fireworks (or something similar) just went off in the empty space between the fence and the federal courthouse.
Big commotion over by courthouse.
People inside fence now.
They pushed it from the inside. "Door's open," someone announced.
Scene.
Fence down.
This is what happened a couple minutes ago. Gas spread out over several blocks. Was very difficult to escape. A couple ladies from the mom group gave me a baby wipe to help my eyes.
Tried to get back to the parks area but the gas was too thick. Hearing some booms coming from that direction now.
5th (so a couple blocks up from park)
Trying to get closer. Still lots of gas. Crowd returning, chanting ACAB.
Courthouse now.
The fence now.
People collecting souvenirs. Flash bang on the left and a couple CS gas canisters.
Parade of people heading back to fed courthouse area.
Chanting "whose streets? Our streets" and "fu** the fed."
