I am looking for a talented part-time freelance #editor (2 days/week) for @latelier to edit and supervise insight & foresight content on emerging technology and virtual domains for L’Atelier’s blogs and social media. This is open to anyone around the world. Read on.
WHAT: You will work with our writers, manage our editorial calendar, develop & oversee publishing processes for our blogs, assign & edit stories, work with me & @iamjohnegan on our content pipeline, help conceptualise multimedia elements & help manage our social media channels.
ABOUT YOU 1/3: You have at least 6 years of writing and editorial experience, at least 2 of as an editor. You have experience editing long-form, analytical articles. You have fluency in technological and social change.
ABOUT YOU 2/3: You have impeccable editing and copy editing skills, and sharp editorial judgment and instincts. You are detail oriented, organised, and adept at managing multiple projects, people and deadlines simultaneously. You have a collaborative spirit and flexible attitude.
ABOUT YOU 3/3: You have fluency in mobile apps and social media platforms, and an ability to work natively in a digital environment, spotting stories, trends, and patterns. Experience managing social media is a plus. English fluency is a must. Knowledge of French is beneficial.
COMPENSATION: €55-80/hour, depending on experience. We are seeking an editor for a 3-month period, with the possibility to extend.
