In the book al-Futuhatul-Makiya, Ibn e Arabi said, “The secret of Ibn e Arabi cannot be known ‘until the seen(س) enters the sheen(ش) (Arabic letters).’” So the people hanged him for apparent blasphemy. But people couldn't understand the reality or the words of Hazrat Ibn e Arabi.
The mob hanged Ibn e Arabi, threw his body in the trash dump. They didn’t even bury him because they believed that he was a non-muslim, a kafir (unbeliever), a murtad (apostate) God-Forbid. This was was said about Ibn-Arabi, one of the biggest Saints in Orthodox Sunni Islam.
When Sultan Selim 1 invaded Damascus (Sham) (seen(س) for his name “Selim”, entered Sham with a sheen(ش) he conquered it. Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ ) gave more than forty hadiths on the “arrow of Sham” because according to the hadith of Prophet,Allah’s Throne will descend in that area.
So when the battle of Syria was won, Sultan Selim entered his tent and ordered his servants to prepare the Turkish bath for him. You know at that time they had a huge area they used as a bathroom which was called Hamaam. He entered the bath and saw a man sitting in it & relaxing.
He said, “Ya Selim!” Sultan wondered, who is this person calling him “Selim” not Sultan. He said, “Ya Selim, come & rub my back!”. No one could enter the tent of the Sultan through security. Sultan Selim was rubbing his back. He said, O Selim, tonight my secret will be exposed!"
I wrote in my books that my secrets will come out when the seen(س) enters the sheen(ش). It is written in the Preserved Tablet that today, my secret has to appear. I am Muhyiddin-Ibn-Arabi & I’ve been killed wrongly. I was executed through wrong rumors. I’ve been backbited!
People ignorantly backbited Ibn-Arabi and killed him. Don’t kill your brothers with your backbitings. Repent, and Allah will forgive. Have the courage to repent and beg for forgiveness from the ones you backbited with sincerity and you shall be forgiven by the Lord.
So Sultan Selim said, “Is your secret to be revealed tonight? How am I going to know where you are buried?” Ibn-Arabi replied, “First you have to take my body out of the place where they threw me.” This occurred 300 years earlier, not a few years. As Selim 1 entered Syria in 1500
Muhyiddin Ibn `Arabi said, “Go to Masjid al-Omawiyyah in Damascus.” That Mosque was a very special place. If you go there up to the white minaret and look up the mountain of Prophets(Alahis Salam), Jabal Qasyun, many Prophets (Alahis Salam) are buried.
Ibn-Arabi said, “You will see light coming from Earth up to the sky. Follow that light ”.Selim went there to the minaret and he saw that light coming. He went to the origin of the light, which is now Masjid Ibn-Arabi, a famous big mosque built by Ottoman Sultan Yavuz Selim.
There was dump where people have been throwing their garbage for hundred of years. Selim 1 ordered the army to dig the dump & take the garbage away. They dug 70- 80 meters below. When they reached the bottom, between all this bad smell a really nice fragrance started to appear.
And finally a body was found and it was Ibn-Arabi as if he was still alive, fresh, his face was pink as if he died this morning. Sultan Selim immediately carried him with the help of the army & buried him in a grave with a masjid built above it which still exists today in Syria.
Sultan Selim did not just stop at this; he wanted to know more. He said, "I want to see the reality of what happened.” So they found someone; you know people back then had a very healthy organic diet so they used to live long. It was natural for people to live above 100 years.
A 137 year old man was there. Sultan Selim said to him , "Father, do you remember anything about Ibn-Arabi, where he was killed?” He said, Yes, I remember that my father who lived another 100 years told me that his grandfather told him before he died, that they killed him here.
It was here that Ibn e Arabi said "O people what you worship is under my feet"! Sultan Selim asked them to mark the spot and dig there, they dug a huge hole like a well going 30-40 meters down, & they found seven barrels of ancient gold coins burried there.
It means Ibn-Arabi was actually telling the people, “What you worship is that dunya (worldly riches) that is under my feet! I don’t worship what you worship! I worship Allah Subhanahu wa ta`ala Alone! Hazrat Muhiyiddin Ibn e Arabi is known as Shaykh e Akbar (The Great Shaykh).
Shaykh e Akbar Hazrat Ibn e Arabi Rahimullah was one of the greatest Saints of Sunni Islam. He was blessed with a great amount of esoteric knowledge which is why his works and books are not for the laymen to study. But Shaykh e Akbar was certainly upon the Haqq.
And the man whom Shaykh e Akbar chose to expose his secret is the First Ottoman Caliph Yavuz Sultan Selim 1 who was also a very Pious ruler & devoted himself to Jihad. Yavuz Selim 1 defeated the Safavid Shia Fitnah of Persia or else Shiaism would dominate Anatolia & Middle East

It's hard to digest some of the things in this thread. So I want to explain that Awliyah Allah (Friends of God) aren't ordinary ppl so their case of death & Barzakh isn't like us. They don't have restrictions like us ordinary humans rather they're blessed with superior powers!
