$1300 later it was repaired. 3 weeks ago I began to hear a rattle in the front driver side by the wheel....$1100 for a front strut but they pitied me and gave me a discount. I get it...#1stworldproblems I have called repeatedly because the car charges incredibly slow to be
told that the battery 🔋 was cold. The 🔋 has been cold the three previous winters as well but it would still charge much more quickly. But back to the strut...you schedule the appointment online where there is few slots for appointments. Show up at said scheduled
appt 2 b told “do u want the bad news or the worse news..”. Huh? I just got here. “We won’t be able to look at the car today and we don’t have a loaner”. Why schedule an appt! Awesome, I’m 47 miles from the service center. “But we can give u $100 in Uber credits”. Seriously!!
I’ll pass on the COVID...I mean Uber. Let me throw my trash out. “We’ll do that , don’t worry”. Great! Finally secured a loaner, which the tech had to pop the side panel in...a ringing endorsement and when I get in the screen is frozen as well.
Well If u have owned a @Tesla sometimes u put it in gear and it trips back to park...this happened four times trying to leave the lot giving me whiplash (thankfully I’m a chiro). Service center calls the next day. It will be ready by Tuesday (dropped it off Thursday).
Check the app, now says Wednesday, check app, Thursday, check app 7/23!! What!? Got the opportunity to pick it up 2 days early (today) and when I get there, there is no charge...I am left on electric-E and they can’t charge it....yeah me! Guess where the trash was...?
I limp to the nearest Supercharger which I get > 300 speed of charging for about a minute and make my way back home after 40 minutes of charging to get less than 💯 miles of charge. Can anyone say TRADE-IN? This car has been babied compared to every other car I have owned.
This car has less than 1/2 the miles of any other car I have owned to this point. I drive 8 miles round trip for work. Ridiculous. Trading it in on Thursday and it cannot get here soon enough. @elonmusk get ur 💩 straightened out here on 🌍 before u tackle Mars #disappointed
