It is of interest that @mhclg have not answered any FOI yet, I suspect like the release of docs on the 24th June that will happen after any Parliamentary appearance to ensure FOI

But this is probably last chance to get answers to questions, why was Robert Jenrick so keen to approve this? where did concerns about the viability come from? why did he not deal with the drop in affordable

housing from 35% down to 21%, benefitting Richard Desmond by around £85 million, why did Jenrick initiate a relationship by text message & then ask for a meeting to be arranged within 24 hours of the dinner?
was he or his officials aware of the separate CIL examination that

found the site could pay £45 m CIL and deliver around 35% affordable housing £40 m
Why did Jenrick not recuse himself?, which officials knew when about the dinner?
