@realDonaldTrump @FLOTUS @GovHolcomb Mr. President the States that Mandate Masks and impose Legal Penalties such as a Class B Felony in Indiana needs to supply the Masks that will PREVENT the Virus to every Citizen by Mail. Enough for repetitive changing.
Many people can not afford Masks that need replaced routinely for bacterial build up. The State needs to accept accountability for any Health problems caused by such decision to wear the Mask . Especially considering HIPPA Law for those with prior Respiratory Ailments.
Please address these IMPORTANT ISSUES especially providing MASKS proven to stop the Virus transmission.
God Bless...

Section 34 of the Indiana Emergency Management and Disaster Act, Ind. Code 10-14-3 ("the Act"), says that "a person who knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor."
What the law does NOT say is that a person who violates an EXECUTIVE ORDER issued by the governor pursuant to his authority under the Act is also committing a crime. Important distinction! (This is not legal advice - read the law and make your own decisions.)
Another important point: Section 12(a)(2) of the Act says the following:
"A state of disaster emergency may not continue for longer than thirty (30) days unless the state of disaster emergency is renewed by the governor.
The general assembly, by concurrent resolution, may terminate a state of disaster emergency at any time. If the general assembly terminates a state of disaster emergency under this subsection, the governor shall issue an
executive order or proclamation ending the state of disaster emergency."
However, if the General Assembly is not in session, only the governor can call a special session under the Indiana Constitution.
This needs to be amended, by REQUIRING the governor to call a special session any time a declared emergency exceeds 30 days.
This is not Legal Advice but if I read this properly...the Governor may be braking the Law.
