CORRECTION: This is the root angiogram in the cusp overlap view.
Notice the depth of 0 to 1 mm on the non-coronary cusp.

Then roll to the traditional coplanar view (typically LAO caudal) and check the position on the left coronary cusp. For interest only, notice how the depth on the non-coronary cusp is somewhat misleading here (looks a few mm deeper in this case)!
