This verse (Yajurveda 32/3) is indicating the fact that there is no one like Ishwara (Absolute Truth). Actually Ishwara beyond all forms and reflections.
न तस्य॑ प्रति॒माऽअस्ति॒ यस्य॒ नाम॑ म॒हद्यशः॑।
हि॒र॒ण्य॒ग॒र्भऽइत्ये॒ष मा मा॑ हिंसी॒दित्ये॒षा यस्मा॒न्न जा॒तऽइत्ये॒षः॥
There is no counterpart of him whose glory verily is great. In the beginning rose Hiranyagarbha, etc.
“न तस्य पुरुषस्य प्रतिमा प्रतिमानभूतं किञ्चिद्विद्यते” — The word “प्रतिमा” is explained as “pratimAnabhUtam” i.e. “comparative”.
nainamūrdhvaṃ na tiryañcaṃ na madhye parijagrabhat ।
na tasyeśe kaścana tasya nāma mahadyaśaḥ ॥
शु॒द्धम means who are always pure by being free from avidya doshas.
अपापविद्धम् means One who never loves sin and sinful.
