Roast for 10 minutes in a pan
Check the crispiness of the peanut.if it is not crispy roast for some more time.
After roast, allow it to cool for 15 minutes
After cooling, remove the skin of peanuts
Now put the peanut in the smallest jar of the mixer. A bit of peanut skin will add to the flavour
Grind slowly in the mixer for few seconds. Collect a spoon ful of partially ground peanuts into a separate vessel.
Continue grinding for few seconds..don't keep grinding continuously since it's not good for the mixer. Observe the oil coming out of the mix
Add a bit of jaggery powder for flavour. And continuing grinding
Add the initial spoon of ground peanut and spin for one last time ..
