@mansarin 0.13μg/mL is 130μg/L, which at 347g/mol is 375nM, far above the expected EC50 value.
@mansarin It is not a widely available drug at all, unfortunately. Seems to be mostly a Japanese specialty hospital drug.
Also the doses are so low that at ~50mg/mL solubility it could probably just be nebulized instead of injected if preferable.

@mansarin Interestingly, in spite of being an effective anticoagulant, it appears that it does not actually increase bleeding risks.
