In interviewing Tsvetkov over the course of a month, it became clear that he was a serial liar. I had the documents that proved him wrong on several fronts.

.@SamBendett, an expert on the Russian military, explained to me how important this drone is to the Russian Defense Ministry saying,

"With all the funds sunk into Altius, the MOD wants to see results, come hell or high water.”

Tsvetkov says he had no idea the drone was for the Russian military.

Tsvetkov says his company "received a total of: £835,000.00 (Eight Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Pounds Sterling) and €10,145,000.00" from the drone contract.
