Donald Trump’s chronic violation of the Constitution’s Emoluments Clause and ongoing obstruction of justice is illegal and unfair. #HashtagsAreNotACrime
Trump is planning to declare victory at midnight Nov 3rd based upon the early results that won’t include vote by mail ballots. Then he’ll urge his militia supporters to burn the remaining uncounted ballots. That’s the #TrumpCoupPlot and he’s basically fessed up to it already.
Trump’s scheme to get Republican legislatures to appoint Trump electors to the Electoral College will be a tough sell if it’s in defiance of the voters. But if his militia supporters can spoil or destroy enough ballots to call the entire vote tally into question it might work.
Ballot security and chain of custody of ballot boxes will be extremely important. But our best bet to avoid chaos is to be ahead in the vote tallies by midnight Nov 3, which means early voting in-person if you can.
Chris Wallace has to come to terms with the fact that Trump Inc plans to launch a competitor to Fox if he’s unelected. Therefore Fox has a profit incentive to keep Trump in office so as to avoid competition.
So Fox will either shut Chris Wallace down if they think Trump will win, or amplify him if they think Trump’s toast and they should angle for the smaller slice of conservative neverTrump viewers.
The same Fox News/Murdoch vs OANN/Trump Inc media market share battle applies to Ann Coulter and Chris Wallace. The fact that Fox is unmuzzling them both means Fox thinks Trump will lose and start competing with Fox in the inanity market segment.

Waiting for Mueller Has Become a Dereliction of Duty. The House Must Hold Impeachment Hearings Even if Senate Republicans Might Not Convict Trump #SundayThoughts mavenroundtable.io/thepeoplesrule…
1) The inconvenient truth for Democrats is that, like it or not, Congress has a constitutional obligation to conduct impeachment hearings that provide a public trial over Donald Trump’s abuse of power and high crimes against the country.
2) Democrats rightly worry that they will lose public support and appear vindictive for impeaching a member of the opposing party, much the way Republican disapproval ratings soared after their 1998 impeachment of Bill Clinton.
