So parent led charity @OxFSN wrote to @rayjjames June 19 asking why capital funding to develop a crisis centre (where LB's unit was) had been declined.
The model was co-produced with two parents whose sons were in ATUs miles from home. Remember this photo from the other day…
Ray J overlooked the letter (a common ‘mistake’) until Aug 19. NHS England can’t make grants to other Trusts so @OxfordHealth should explore other grants...
Off he toodled. @OxfordHealth did nothing and here we are. One family firefighting day to day with patchy communication with the CCG.
The other waiting in terror right now for their son to be sectioned and taken to an out of county ATU. Transforming Care anyone? #Shameful

A short thread about an Uber driver who picked me up from the @PHMMcr exhibition tonight. [Can't get him out of my head.] 1.
There was a bit of confusion and we ended up with two extra Deaf passengers who were going in a kind of similar direction. 2.
The driver said that they weren’t allowed to pick up people without bookings, so they try and find a black cab or occasionally give the person a lift as 'a friend'. 3.
Well the exhibition is stunning. Superb work @PHMMcr and thank you @Aliswilde for thinking of the #JusticeforLB quilt. Close enough to see every detail.
