If one farmer manages around 5 goats a year then
2 crore+ 5= 40 lakhs farmers get employment/additional income.
Thus BAKRID contributes to rural economy of Rs 16,000 crore + providing employment/generate
additional income for about 40 lacs small farmers.

In addition, goat meat is distributed among the poors and one goat meat is consumed by about 20
people. Thus BAKRID provides food to 2 crorex
20 people = 40 crore people - poors from various communities are thus benefited.
