@toluogunlesi @NigeriaGov @akinalabi @fccpcnigeria A government agency called MDCN (Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria) only authorized to collect practicing fees by law is collecting fees called “building levy” from Nigerian doctors.
The fee is attached to the compulsory license renewal of Nigerian doctors making it mandatory and coercive. MDCN as a government agency cannot build a house for an association and cannot collect money for an association. Nigerian doctors demand accountability.

The MDP Act that empowers the MDCN to collect levies only states that license fees can be obtained from Nigerian doctors. An attempt to use a Government agency to collect illegal fees makes the @NigeriaGov look bad. A time to call the MDCN to order. @fccpcnigeria
