So this is how today's Stage 4 business restirictions SHOULD be rolled out in #lockdownMelbourne

1. ATO has access to all employee details via Single Touch Payroll (fact)

2. ATO has access to all businesses details via ABN and ANZIS code (fact)

3. ATO has access to all individuals residential addresses (fact)

Government and ATO combine above data and make a decision on whether individual is essential or not essential (NOTE: I am not essential)

Communicate it via MyGov and Text Message direct to the individual including what individual can and cannot do and a list of potential support payments, etc.

Without direct communication to individuals fear we will be caught in an infinite lockdown loop until vaccine.
