What a time to be alive! Sometimes I have to pinch myself. Never thought I would see abrogation of Article 370 and construction of Ram Mandir in my lifetime. We are a lucky generation.
In Delhi there is not one big temple that is more than 100 years old. Just this thought is enough for me to realize what my ancestors went through to merely survive. This is why Aug 5 is historic.
It is not only invaders plundered our temples. The tragedy is no one told us the reactions of people when temples were plundered and destroyed. How did people react to Somnath Mandir’s repeated destruction? Did anybody record it? Why not?
