You are conflating sex with gender. I'm happy to define woman in biological sex terms as would a common dictionary.

@greenbenali @TheGreenParty @greenandreac I was asked at SW GP hustings, for example, for a one word answer to whether a transwoman was a woman. I answered, “Yes, as a statement of gender identity”. (Not a one word answer I grant you but I think truth is more important.)

It is already dominating much political debate at large, including in our own party. It also dominated the LGBTIQA Greens’ own questionnaire.

@greenbenali @TheGreenParty @greenandreac If elected, my primary focus would be the climate and ecological emergency. I think what damages our credibility is candidates unable or unwilling to answer simple questions about the definition of woman. At the limit this will make us unelectable.

I would like to ask you, Benali, to reconsider your apparent stoking up of fear against the election of dedicated candidates and unjust allegations of bigotry at the same time (there's no other way to read this).
