get recognition across the globe. The Prime Minister of India also came and laid the foundation stone and gave promises to people of Andhra Pradesh that Amaravati will be top class capital and his government will support in each and every way.(4/n)
The story then started where the opposition started filing false cases in many ways like complaining to NGT, saying insider trading, lobbying, cheating bla bla bla and got stays from the courts which delayed the Amaravati development till mid of 2017.(5/n)
Once everything got cleared, the development started picking up and in 12-14 months and last quarter of 2018, there were skyscrapers emerging across the capital Area. There were records broken during the construction phase and then came into picture #HAPPYNEST a huge (6/n)
10 blocks skyscraper with 18 floors and beautiful landscapes and developments around the Villa. The builder was Shaporji Palloji one of the best company when it comes to quality and time. 300 flats were booked in 5-6 hrs in Nov 2018 and the next 900 flats got booked in a (7/n)
record breaking time of 3 hrs in Jan 2019. The customers booked were residing across the globe and were overwhelmed that they are going to live in the capital area with excellent amenities, developments, and opportunities across the villa and Amaravati,the people's capital. (8/n)

and it is 200% the present government for not continuing what they promised as opposition and cancelling all the tenders and calling for reverse tendering. Eventually, there is no company ready for bidding or got a tender, and entire Amaravati is become stagnant and standstill.
Now the present government is trying to show silly reasons taking opinions to cancel/withdraw Happynest. what about the money from the owners of 1200 flats which is around 80 crores in the form of deposits?
