I'm curious what people mean when they say decommodification:

If we implement single payer healthcare, and it's free at point of service, but doctors and hospitals are still largely private, has it been decommodified?
If we implement a National Health Service, and doctors and hospitals are fully public, but doctors visits have a $5 co-pay, has it been decommodified?
If housing is all publicly owned, but rent is charged based on desirability of units, has it been decommodified?
