1) En el año 2007, Chávez prometió la construcción del Hospital Oncológico de Guarenas, Estado Miranda, debía estar listo en el año 2009. No se terminó.
2) Construcción del nuevo Hospital de San Félix, Estado Bolívar. Chávez prometió este hospital en su campaña electoral del año 2012. Maduro aprobó recursos en el año 2014. A la fecha no han puesto ni un bloque.
