In continuance of today morning's news about illegal Lutyen's bungalows given to BJP leaders, heres another one:

BJP's Mukul Roy resigned from Rajya Sabha as TMC MP in Oct 2017 & joined BJP.

As MP, @MukulR_Official was allotted Lutyen's bungalow at 181 South Avenue.

From 2017, BJP's Mukul Roy has still occupied 181 South Avenue illegally & has been allotted this prime Lutyen's bungalow as "guest accommodation" by a BJP MP.

Roy is not an MP since 2017. Yet he occupies the bungalow with the largest garden on South Avenue.

Why hasn't the Modi govt evicted Mukul Roy from his Lutyen's bungalow for 3 years?

Yet Chauthaiwale proudly occupies it against all rules.

Him, Mukul Roy, & Sambit Patra are just 3 instances amongst MANY BJP leaders who hold no public post & yet illegally occupy plush MP accomodation.

This Lutyen's scam is being run by BJP MPs taking extra homes as guest accommodation.

Will the media dare question the BJP?

BJP leaders are being illegally allotted Lutyen's Delhi accommodation meant for Members of Parliament.

BJP MPs are taking multiple properties to accommodate their "guests" who are party leaders.

Here's how the Modi govt's super murky & illegal arrangement works.

This pertains to house 211, North Avenue which is unofficially occupied by BJP's Sambit Patra.

So I decided to check out the paperwork for this house to see how the allotment was done.

For this, I filed an RTI with the Rajya Sabha Secretariat to get the details.

Turns out 211, North Avenue has been officially allotted to BJP MP & national media head Anil Baluni as a "guest accommodation" in 2018.

Baluni already had an MP bungalow for his accommodation at 20, Gurudwara Rakabganj Road.

This 2nd housing is for his "guest".

A story of how the Election Commission is shockingly & openly protecting BJP leader Kapil Mishra 👇

BJP's Kapil Mishra furnished false info on his election affidavits in 2015 & 2020.

On 16 Jun, ECI said in a press note that it will now take cognizance of such complaints.

Earlier, complainants had to go to court for complaints about candidates falsifying affidavits under section 125A of the Representation of People Act, 1951.

On 16th June, with a press note, the ECI said it had changed its policy & will now take cognizance itself.

According to the new policy in this press note ECI/PN/42/2020, I filed a complaint with the ECI on 22nd June against Kapil Mishra.

This complaint was forwarded to the Returning Officer who shockingly (& against the new ECI policy) said that I would have to go to court.
