Thin in some parts although the best site we have seen for freely explaining functions. Most explainers focus on formulas instead. Excel has a ton of in-built functions which aren't highlighted enough.

There aren't any videos but it doesn't make this site any less powerful. There's hundreds of explainer screenshots covering data analysis, functions & VBA. Definitely worth a look.
