Hundreds are marching in north Portland, miles from the justice center in downtown, where federal agents are still stationed, watching how things develop in Portland

Protestors stand outside the north precinct, yellow caution tape separates them and Portland police in riot gear

Portland police warn protestors not to commit criminal activity including starting fires, vandalism, and breaking and entering, “failure to follow this order may subject you to arrest, and or the use of force including but not limitless to impact munitions, tear gas”
Police officers will somtimes use a pulsing light setting, protestors often object to this particular way to use the flashlight

It should be noted: this may be an attempt by Portland police to de-escalate. There only about 20 police officers visible and about 200 protestors
