National Integration.

Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb, Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, Hindutva or The Discovery of India by Late Jawaharlal Nehru in 1946,
All vigorously promoted Unity in Diversity as an ideal essential to Ntnl Conslidation n Progress.

India, is 7th largest country in the wrld and has widespread diversities in terms of religion, language, food and so on.
Also, Largest Democracy, National Integration becomes vry essential for development n prosperity of the country, esply when every 100Km language n food changes

So National Integration is Right or duty?
Who will ensure National Integration?
The answer is simple, as Constitution of India bestowed upon Rights to its Citizens, it the Fundamental duty under
Article 51A - 'To uphold & protect the sovereignty, unity & Integrity of India...

It's true because if you see now people will only talk about Right of Speech Right of Religion etc, whereas they fall numb when it comes to discharging of duties.
National Integration is Biggest duty..

. of bth Individuals n Govt 4 peaceful prosperity of Country.
Is their any punishment imposed if there is any threat to NI by any1?
There are various laws brought since there is no direct reference made in COI. The most powerful been The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967

New Government, NDA from 2014, has taken various steps for National Integration.
The biggest step is Abrogation of Article 370 & 35A which was considered temporary by lawmakers at that time but adversely cut off the State from Country cos many reasons. After Scraping article...

..more than 100 laws have been applicable to State as it to Country as whole and nothing separately by state, now Union territory of Jammu & Kashmir and Laddakh...
The separatist leaders were detained under PSA to ensure peace in the valley. Also many leaders came under lens of..

.. ED for Money Laundering, Infiltration and for promotion to Terrorism which in all was Disturbing the peace & National Integration. Yasin Malik, is an example of such leader came under lens.
Second Big Step was

1 Tax 1 Nation...
This move subsumed the state level taxes &

A single Tax GST was levied by Government.
This was described as revolutionary step by some Economist and Expert on Subject.Moreover, trade & compliance Integration was made thrby no difference in Trade done at any part.
National Integration Commercially. But any challenge faced?

As said earlier, India is a vast country. Biggest threat to peace and National Integration poses because of Religious diversity. India, having 80% Hindus, is Secular Country, but aggrieved Minority try to spread Communal violence. We have seen this recently, when CAA was passed..

..Many held protest in illegal manner and even passed Anti National statements hence UAPA was imposed on them like Sharjeel Imam, Safoora Zagar etc.
Also Linguistic barrier is commonly noticed in south & Eastern part, where they give importance to their own regional language.

These are only tip of Iceberg...
Barrier cannot be enlisted in small page, even a book...
So what is the solution?
Respect - Give & take.
Hence, Rise above hate could be seen if we respect all Religions, Language, caste and importantly Nation.
Nation is only Binding factor...

Sense of being Indian, Respect for Indian Flag, Respect for National Anthem and National Song can pave wave of brotherhood among all...
Recent stand off with China & Pakistan is Classical example.
We as Indian can be example of National Integration with respect Cultural diversity

We have external forces against us, we shall not build one within....
Thrive for National integration and Also National Integration Council be made proactive...
