1/ Hedera is a decentralized network which relies on the community for contributions to the network. These contributions come in many forms but it’s applications and users of those applications that drive economic activity on the network.
2/ Beyond doing our best to establish the right incentives and enabling early adopters / application developers to be successful, it’s inevitably the developer community that drives the network’s economic activity and thus network value.
3/ Hedera is in its infancy and has a lot more to prove. We’re making progress but we need collective community action and more network adoption before we can claim to have delivered on the promise of hashgraph and the Hedera model. This will come.
4/ We’ve made great progress toward this and I’m more certain than ever before that we’re on the right path. The best days of this network are still ahead of us.
5/ I am humbled by this community. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! It is your hard work, contributions, and support that will collectively make Hedera the trust layer of the internet. No one can claim otherwise.
