2/3 “Semantic paraphasia” means you substitute an incorrect word for a correct one. For example, when Trump discussed the “origins” of the Mueller investigation, he said: “I hope they now go and take a look at the oranges, the oranges of that investigation.”
3/3 The second, is “phonemic paraphasia,” or the substitution of one word with a similar sounding non-word. For example, calling Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “Betanyahu.” They can be linked to moderate to severe stages of Alzheimer’s.

(1/3) GASLIGHTING: Last couple days, the news cycle has been especially dense. This means there are more things to deny, lie about, get in front of, and spin. Gaslighting is his game now. It's a manipulative technique used to cement power by causing people to question reality.
(2/3) Gaslighting is a common technique of abusers (like Trump), dictators (like Trump), narcissists (Trump), and cult leaders (Trump). It's usually done slowly, victims tend don't realize they're brainwashed. Trump however, is much more in your face. Amazing it works on so many.
(3/3) People who gaslight lie frequently, tell lies that are easily disprovable and deny ever having said what they said. They claim others are aligned with them. They constantly project: accusing others of the very thing they're guilty of - he is doing it now with Obama, etc.

(1/2) He's a Malignant Narcissist with a bully pulpit and powerful alliances. He knows he needs to better control the narrative now to move his numbers up. He doesn't have the economy. And more people will be dying. His many retweets this AM give us the glimpse of what is coming.
The gaslighting about Russia is going to become fierce and constant. The Flynn move by Barr - only the beginning. Putin wants sanctions lifted. Trump needs Putin's help to win. Barr/Flynn is the opening salvo for discrediting Russian interference and laying it on the FBI. (more)
If they try to replace Russian interference with Ukraine interference, it leads to an attack on Biden. If they go all in on this, don't be surprised if charges are filed against McCabe and Comey. If you're thinking they'll never sell it maybe so, but it shows you where they are.
