So. Here is yet another public contract awarded to long time associates of Gove and Cummings without any tender process using the exceptional urgency procedure. 1/4 theguardian.com/education/2020…
They deny Gove was involved in the award but there is no specific denial that Cummings was involved in handing over public money to their associates.

There is also no good reason why they should refuse to say how much public money they have given to Gove/Cummings' pals. 2/
Why did they not hold a tender process before giving a contract to their pals? A Levels/GCSEs were cancelled in March so there was plenty of time for @Ofqual to hold a tender process before Public First started working there in June. What's the real reason? /3
