How I made 4.1k in sales in ONE WEEK on a brand new Shopify Dropshipping store.

First things first - I’m a regular person. 25. Graduated college. I work 60+ hours a week. Have a puppy, and a fiancé.

If I can do this, so can you. Im on pace to do 10k+ by the end of August.

So what was the secret to becoming this profitable in 1 week?

I kept it simple.

I found 1 product that had WOW factor. I stumbled upon it on facebook.

It’s unique and within a niche I knew I would be able to easily target with Facebook ads.

Surprisingly, this product only had 400 orders on aliexpress but I decided to go for it.

If you’re struggling to find a product to sell -

Go to Facebook and search terms like “50% off” “Get Yours Here” etc.

And sort by “Most Recent”

You will be shown several products that other competitors are currently testing.

Now for the store:

I went with Motion theme which is a premium theme I like using.

If you’re just starting, Brooklyn is fine.

Apps I recommend: Oberlo, Loox, InCart Upsell, and DEFINITELY SMSBump.

My product costs me $10 on aliexpress. I priced it on my store for $39.95.

Another thing I wanted to test out, is upselling a warranty on my product.

So I offered an upsell of $10 lifetime warranty. (This would cover costs of an item, if they ever were to claim the warranty)

For advertising I went with Facebook Ads right away. Here’s how my campaign looked:

- 1 ABO campaign

- 10 adsets, 1 interest each, 1 PHOTO creative, $10/day each adset

- US ONLY, 18-65+, Mobile Only, FB and IG Feed only.

I let the campaign run for 3 days without touching it.

After 3 days if an adset did not get an add to cart, initiate checkout, or purchase. I would kill the adset.

If the adset DID get an add to cart, initiate checkout, or purchase, I let it run for another 3 days.

After 3 more days if an adset didn’t get a PURCHASE. I killed it.

So on day 7 I duplicated the adsets that had purchases and increased their budget.

The moment I increased the budget for those adsets I went from doing about $500 a day in sales to almost hitting 1k/day. Here is what day 7 looked like (yesterday)

So I’m currently on day 8. I’m going to let this campaign keep running and I will eventually launch lookalike audiences.

I’m excited to see where this store goes. Definitely surpassing 6 figures at this rate. Q4 will be insane.
